As part of biolitec’s ongoing commitment to excellence, and our drive to enhance the capabilities of modern medicine, we invest heavily in research and development to ensure our products remain at the forefront of technology.

In partnership with several research laboratories, colleges, and universities throughout the world, we regularly conduct clinical trials in a broad range of medical specialties. These trials are critical in providing us with important information to ensure our products are safe for patients, meet or exceed all government regulations for market distribution, and develop new and innovative treatments for several medical conditions.

One of our many successful ventures was the establishment of our biotechnology center in Jena, Germany to enhance our research and development of photosensitizers for Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) – and to conduct several other clinical trials and studies.

We are currently undergoing studies in numerous fields across the United States and Europe including Vascular Surgery, Photodynamic Therapy (PDT), Dermatology, and Wound Care.
